Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy is a field of medicine that focuses on enabling people to do the activities of daily life. 

Occupational Therapists in the outpatient setting typically see patients that have had surgeries of the hand and wrist requiring fine motor skills. 

Occupational Therapists work with all ages and many conditions including both orthopaedic and neurologic injuries such as strokes and Parkinson’s to carpal tunnel and post surgical repair but they are trained to do much more.
